Carpe Realty provides new business analysis services which include a full sizing/underwriting in order to establish a sustainable cash flow. This analysis can be a “back of the napkin” look or full underwriting depending on client demand. We provide fast turn-around times on all projects or customized timing for the client. Pending unique client demand, the final package includes a complete underwriting inclusive of historical operating data, budgeted figures and/or rent roll with sales and occupancy cost data. A detailed summary including proposed questions for greater clarification or additional information is provided.
Brokerage Package Preparation
Carpe Realty provides brokerage package preparation services which include a full sizing/underwriting in order to establish a sustainable cash flow. If cash flow numbers support a client’s financing request and the broker proceeds with a full package, Carpe Realty assists in that preparation. Our professionals can prepare the package for disbursement to the lending community. The mortgage broker is continually updated as to status and made aware of all pertinent details so the broker is prepared for future discussions with the lending community.
